Viny Frontin

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Viny Frontin has served as the CEO of Frontier, Inc. since April 2012. Mrs. Frontin is a dynamic leader who is responsible for cultivating and directing the firm’s strategic vision, as well as managing all aspects of the business, including internal operations, client service, and business development initiatives. Ms. Frontin is considered a trusted and loyal partner to her clients and operates the firm on her unwavering principles of honesty, integrity, and determination. Under her leadership, the firm has experienced unprecedented growth, adding key Federal Financial Management engagements within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, Office of Personnel Management, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to joining Frontier, Ms. Frontin was employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s Federal practice. Ms. Frontin has extensive experience performing financial statement audits, supporting audit readiness and remediation efforts within the Department of Defense, and performing internal control, business process improvement and financial management and accounting and assurance services in the Federal government. Ms. Frontin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Babson College and a Master’s in Business Administration from American University’s Kogod School of Business. Sheis also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).

Founder & President

Peter Frontin has served as President of Frontier, Inc. since November 2011. Mr. Frontin is a dynamic and detailed oriented leader who is responsible for leading the business development activities of the firm. Mr. Frontin has extensive experience leading complex initiatives including establishing innovative programs. As the first ever Chief Risk Officer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Mr. Frontin pioneered the establishment of SEC’s first ever Operational Risk Management Office and pioneered the implementation of several projects with the goal of creating a more efficient organization, including implementations of the requirements to support Dodd-Frank Financial Reform legislation. Prior to joining the SEC and Frontier, Inc., Mr. Frontin provided consultation services to a variety of Federal entities with Arthur Andersen, LLP, Oracle Corporation, and with IBM’s Global Business Consulting Services. Mr. Frontin specializes in complex financial, business process and technology transformation initiatives using technology as an enabler, such as Oracle’s Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Systems. Mr. Frontin holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H Smith School of Business. Mr. Frontin is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
