Paid Time Off
All Frontier full-time, W-2 employees receive three (3) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. This includes time off for both vacation and sick days. Paid Time Off is accrued at 5 hours per pay period (or 10 hours per month). Employees will be able to carry over up to a maximum of 120 paid time off hours per calendar year. Any hours in excess of 120 at calendar year-end will be lost.
10 Paid Federal Holidays
All Frontier full-time employees receive the following 10 paid Federal holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (third Monday in January)
- Presidents’ Day (third Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Columbus Day (second Monday in October)
- Veterans’ Day (November 11)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)

Bereavement Leave:
Frontier provides each employee with up to two (paid) days off for the loss of an immediate family member. Immediate family members include the following: Parents, Grandparents, Children, Spouse / Partner, Siblings, First Cousins, and Aunts / Uncles.
Jury Duty:
Frontier will provide one day of paid time off for time spent on Jury Duty.

529 College Saving Plan

401(K) Sharing Plan
All Frontier employees are eligible to participate in Frontier’s 401K plan after 30 full days of employment with the firm. Example: If an employee starts on January 15, 2021, he /she will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401K plan on March 1, 2021. Employees are fully vested on their first day of eligibility.
