Paid Time Off

All Frontier full-time, W-2 employees receive three (3) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. This includes time off for both vacation and sick days. Paid Time Off is accrued at 5 hours per pay period (or 10 hours per month). Employees will be able to carry over up to a maximum of 120 paid time off hours per calendar year. Any hours in excess of 120 at calendar year-end will be lost.

10 Paid Federal Holidays

All Frontier full-time employees receive the following 10 paid Federal holidays: 

  1. New Year’s Day (January 1) 
  2. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (third Monday in January) 
  3. Presidents’ Day (third Monday in February) 
  4. Memorial Day (last Monday in May) 
  5. Independence Day (July 4) 
  6. Labor Day (first Monday in September) 
  7. Columbus Day (second Monday in October)
  8. Veterans’ Day (November 11) 
  9. Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
  10. Christmas Day (December 25)
Other Benefits
Bereavement Leave:

Frontier provides each employee with up to two (paid) days off for the loss of an immediate family member. Immediate family members include the following: Parents, Grandparents, Children, Spouse / Partner, Siblings, First Cousins, and Aunts / Uncles.

Jury Duty:

Frontier will provide one day of paid time off for time spent on Jury Duty.

Retirement Saving

529 College Saving Plan

Your Employer is offering you a College America 529 plan as part of your benefits package, the ability to save for college in a group program. Employee Pays 100%, eligible immediately.

With College America, earnings can grow free from federal tax, and withdrawals for qualified higher education expenses are federal-tax-free. You can easily invest on a regular basis through deductions from your personal bank account. Low plan cost. Control over your account — Unlike other college savings vehicles, you always control the assets in a 529, even when your beneficiary reaches the age of enrollment.

401(K) Sharing Plan

All Frontier employees are eligible to participate in Frontier’s 401K plan after 30 full days of employment with the firm. Example: If an employee starts on January 15, 2021, he /she will be eligible to participate in the firm’s 401K plan on March 1, 2021. Employees are fully vested on their first day of eligibility.

    Professional Certification

    Frontier has partnered with Professional Education Services (PES) corporation to provide NASBA, ISACA and PMI certified courses for the benefit of our employees. Frontier also reimburses employees for obtaining a job-related certification.

    Transportation Benefits

    We are pleased to sponsor a Transportation Benefit Plan that helps our employees save money on transportation expenses between their residence and their place of employment. Under the plan, Frontier, Inc.

    Eligible expenses include: parking at client site; costs of public transportation (i.e., metro, bus, train), EZ Pass and Tolls .
